Timeline: a decade in four lanes
Most of the AB 1755 milestones fell in 2018–2020, when the statute's deadlines were. After 2020 the work moved: platform effort into individual programs such as CalWATRS and groundwater accounting, and coordination into the Water Data Consortium.
